We are excited to announce that Sam Miller has been selected as one of the distinguished young coaches in the CoachTools 25 Under 25 program!

Sam is entering his second season as the running backs coach at Johns Hopkins University under the guidance of offensive coordinator Alex Horvatits. He joins Johns Hopkins after a successful stint at Defiance College, where he coached running backs, H-backs, and the punt return unit. Sam’s coaching at Defiance also included video coordination and recruiting responsibilities across several states.

A former Division 2 and Division 3 college athlete, Sam played football at Brevard College and Southern Virginia University, graduating in 2021. He recently earned his master’s degree from Defiance College, bringing both academic and athletic excellence to his coaching career.
